I went tonight at 8 minutes to 10:00 pm to by bread and few items on my way back to the cash the light was turned off. A security agent was ruining in to the store and told me I have to leave because the store is closed (C’est fermé). In front of the cash it was 2 minutes before 10 according to my I phone. I asked the cashier why the security agent told me the store is closed and it is not yet 10:00 PM. then a man looks like the store Manager shout to me and told we are following the store hour not your phone better you adjust your phone and he told me to get out from the store. He shout again and told me (Je me fait pas crier par personne comme toi) DEHORRRR. I understand there were no much customer in the store. But I did not understand the (Manager attitude) so I left all and I left. I will never be back to this store unless the manger will go. The customer service is an art in my business I will light mu fingers to have a customer. I does not look like Maxi policy or the store Manager policy. My mistake is to go to Max by nature and not to go to Super C just next door. I will never be treated like tonight.
